Not directly. There's no login to learn or break. Send us what you want changing and we'll do it, usually within a few days.

Yes. Most of your customers will see it on a phone, so that's where we design it first.

Every site includes basic local SEO: page titles written for local searches, your Google Business Profile set up, the details Google needs to understand your business and where you work. We also submit your site to Google. Standard adds pages for up to 3 of the towns you cover and Growth up to 6. Nobody can honestly promise a top spot, so we won't.

Standard includes up to 3 town pages and Growth up to 6. Lots of near-identical town pages can actually hurt you on Google, so we focus on the places that matter most. More can be added as extra pages.

Not as part of these plans. Ongoing work to push you higher up Google, such as content and links, is a bigger job. Email us and we'll talk it through.

Yes. A Welsh version is £150 if you send us the Welsh text. If you need it translating, we'll arrange that at cost.

Your business name, what you do, where you work and how people contact you. Then your logo and some photos of your work. If your photos are on Facebook or Instagram, just send the link.

That's fine. We can design a logo for you, from £150. We'll also talk you through taking good photos on your phone.

No. You can do everything online. If you'd rather talk, email us.

Yes, it's included. We write them from what you tell us in the order form, then send them to you to check.

Usually within a week of getting everything from you. We send it to you to check before it goes live.

Nothing until we've checked your order. Then we send you a secure Stripe payment link for the setup fee and first month. After that it's taken monthly.

We'll let you know and give you 7 days to sort it. If it's still unpaid after that, your site goes offline until it's paid. Nothing is deleted and it goes straight back up once you're up to date. If money's tight one month, just tell us. We'd rather work something out.

Yes. Starter includes one small change a month, like a new price, phone number, opening hours or photo (up to 15 minutes). Standard includes up to an hour of changes a month and Growth up to two. New pages, redesigns and anything beyond your monthly time are £45 an hour, charged in 15-minute blocks.

Yes. Move up to a bigger plan any time. Move down at the end of your 12 months.

On Cloudflare, one of the biggest networks on the internet. Your site loads quickly wherever your customers are. The secure padlock (https) is included.

No. Your site isn't built on WordPress, so there are no plugins or updates for you to worry about and far less for hackers to get into. We look after everything.

We keep every version of your site, so if anything ever goes wrong we can put it back the way it was.

Yes. A standard .co.uk, .uk or .com domain is included and registered in your name. Some names are sold as premium domains and cost more. Anything over £20 a year is charged at cost. We'll always check with you first.

It happens a lot, so don't worry. We check your domain is free before you pay anything. If it's taken, we'll send you a few alternatives to choose from, like adding your town (jonesplumbingwrexham.co.uk) or using a different ending (jonesplumbing.uk). Nothing is registered or charged until you've picked one you're happy with. If the name you want is owned by someone else and up for sale, buying it is up to you, but we'll happily help.

Yes, it's included. We'll set up an address like info@yourbusiness.co.uk that forwards to the email you already use.

Yes. We'll set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for you for £49. You then pay Google or Microsoft directly for the inboxes.

Yes. Tell us in the order form and we'll move your domain over and replace your old site when the new one's ready.
