What we collect

When you order, we collect the details you type into the order form and the files you upload: your name, email, mobile, your business details, your logo and photos.

Why

Only to build and run your website, contact you about your order and take payment. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it's kept

Orders and files are stored securely with Cloudflare and in our own business file storage. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.

How long

For as long as you're a customer, then for as long as the law requires for our accounts. If you order but don't go ahead, we delete your files within 6 months.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can make the site better. Its cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We don't use advertising cookies. The order form saves your answers in your own browser so you don't lose them. It clears them when you send your order.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello [at] onsidewebdesign.co.uk.
